Learning Challenge: Buy all the Books
Why You Should Surround Yourself With More Books Than You'll Ever Have Time to Read
I clicked on this link because it already confirms my worldview with the title. I buy books constantly. I could have 20 dollars in my account, but if I go to a bookstore I will spend all of it on a new book. Something that was curious to me or that I hadn't thought of that way before was the quote "read books are far less valuable than read ones." I think that in this time of immediate access to everything, we do not realize how cool it is that there is still so much to learn. Everyone is trying to be experts in everything so we can get a job for being the most well rounded when showing your lack of knowledge, but willingness to learn, is far more important. I think coming to this realization and being okay in my lack of knowledge will definitely help me going forward.
