Learning challenge: Happiness Jar

This is something I have been thinking about doing for a while, but never seem to remember. For this week, I am going to make a real effort to follow through on this because I think it will help this stressful time of the year. Also, I have been thinking about buying a 5 minute journal, which are centered around gratitude, happiness, and growth and I think this exercise will be a good way to know if they are worth it. I think that it is important to find happiness everyday, but we all get a little caught up in life and forget sometimes so hopefully this will help. The game plan is to do it right before I go to sleep and I have set up the jar and paper to make it as easy for me as possible.
