Learning Challenge: Deskercise

I really like this exercise challenge because I am terrible at just sitting in a chair for hours until my back is killing me. I got in a pretty serious wreck this summer and ever since I have been very aware of how much just sitting in one place can affect your body. I have to stop and stretch and move often or my back will not be okay for the next couple of days. I really recommend trying out a few of these because even if your back is okay now, in a few years after not doing some of these, it may not be.
