Famous Last Words: what to do
This week’s reading was interesting. I was not a huge fan of
the Celtic Tales and because of that, the story writing was not the easiest to
come up with. I did really enjoy the extra reading about floods and it was cool
to explore that further through the Wikipedia trails.
My best writing this week was probably on a story I have
been working on personally. I have always thought it would be cool to write a
novel, and when I was younger I tried to a lot more, but lately I have been
trying to start again. I think it is probably terrible and will never be shown
to anyone but it is fun to dream and nice to try.
I am always impressed when people try poetry or prose and so
that definitely influenced my story telling this week.
My other classes are killing me. I am taking Anatomy and
physiology 2 and I want to die thinking about that class. I think the professor
is really mean and intimidating and I need to go to his office hours but even
the thought of that makes me want to drop out of college three weeks before
graduation and move far, far away.
Outside of school, I am just trying to prepare to graduate
and move home. In the news, everything just stresses me out. I am so disappointed
in the government but I am hopeful with so much diversity being brought to the
house from the midterms.

Hi Kennedie! I'm so sorry that your anatomy professor is mean and intimidating.
ReplyDeleteNice to meet you Kennedie. I'm Peter, and I'm an international student from Seoul, Korea. You mentioned about possibly moving to Korea. As you see in the picture (btw I know that massive building; it's Lotte World Tower and is tallest in Korea), Korea is a beautiful place.
It's really far from here (there's no direct flight from OKC to Seoul, so you'll probably need to take connecting flights), but I think it's worthy going and visiting. It's a totally different place from here and English is not spoken, but I think it's a fun place with lots of things to do. There are many jobs in Korea, including teaching English to kids and adults.
Let me know if you have questions about the place! I'm taking a flight back to Korea in a couple of weeks, and excited to go back & visit family.
